- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup chopped ginger
- 4 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 cups cold water
- Few mint leaves
- Lemon slices
- Ice Cubes

DIRECTION:
- Boil chopped ginger in 2 cups of boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool down for 15 minutes. Strain it equally into 4-cups.
- Add lemon juice, 1 teaspoon powdered sugar in one cup and repeat the procedure for the other 3 servings.
- Add few ice cubes and Garnish it with mint leaves and sliced lemon.
